AM Congenital heart disease specimens
  • This bioinformatics workshop will be divided in two parts:  lectures first followed by a practical session where people would work on their laptops. 

    The topics that would be covered are an overview of the technologies, sample preparation challenges, focus on 10x scRNA-seq data, raw data processing, clustering (identify cell types and states), clustering interpretation (marker gene and pathway analysis)and trajectories analysis.

 
AM Human specimen workshop
  • This workshop will provide hands-on teaching of in anatomy and morphology of congenital heart disease. Participants will be able to examine a variety of specimens of CHD, accompanied by lectures.
